Return and Refund Policy

At Chic Travel Essentials, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at gtzanos2009@gmail.com.

Returns

For purchases made online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us in writing at gtzanos2009@gmail.com within the 14-day period. After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

Items should be handled with reasonable care. You may open and inspect an item as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at gtzanos2009@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due using the original payment method.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide the refund within the legally required timeframe. Refunds may include the standard delivery charge paid for the original order, where required by law. Additional delivery costs chosen by the customer are not refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
